Coming out of the first AI-powered holiday season, brands like On are leaning into Meta’s Advantage suite and seeing meaningful performance gains - up to a 41% increase in the return on ad spend. But it’s not just AI driving results, JC Penney used click to Messenger and Instagram Direct ads to connect people with its custom ‘gift bot’ over the holidays, providing a new way to personalize the shopping experience and driving 4x the conversion compared to their normal campaigns.
As brands think about their 2024 marketing strategies, Nicola advises all businesses to lean into AI-powered performance and make sure they have robust measurement strategies in place to understand how their investments are performing.
